Refund policy

1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Color or design does not match what was ordered
3. Non-Eligible Reasons for Return
  • Product has been used
  • Original packaging is damaged or tags have been removed
  • Customer ordered by mistake (correct product was delivered)
  • Return request made after 3 days of delivery
4. How to Return
  • Contact us via our Facebook Page, email or phone Number
  • Share a photo of the product along with your order number
  • We will verify and provide courier instructions
  • If the error is on our end, return shipping costs will be covered by us
5. Special Note on Handcrafted Products
 Minor variations in color, texture, or size are natural in handcrafted items and are not considered defects. Each product is unique and one of a kind.
