2. Products & Orders
  • All products sold on Shukriah are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, texture, or size — this is a natural characteristic of handmade items.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; minor differences from the actual product may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team will contact you within 24 hours via phone or message to confirm your order. Orders are only processed after confirmation.

4. Payment
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Payment is collected by the delivery person at the time of delivery.
  • Refusing to pay upon delivery may result in your account being flagged for future orders.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, please contact us immediately via Facebook Page or email.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on shukriah.com including product photos, designs, logos, and text are the exclusive property of Shukriah. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shukriah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
