Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
🇧🇩 We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Timeframe

3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require 3–5 additional days before shipping.
4. Courier Partners
- We use trusted courier services including Pathao, Steadfast and Sundarban Courier.
- A tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or Facebook message once your order is dispatched.
5. Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery once.
- After two failed attempts, the product will be returned to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing an order.
6. Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
